Biography

Ron Kundich is the Chief Credit Officer at Trinity Capital. Mr. Kundich has served as our Senior Vice President — Loan Originations since August 2019 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to that he has served as a Partner at Trinity since 2018 and previously served as a Managing Director at Trinity from 2017 to 2018. Immediately prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Kundich served as a Managing Director and Regional Manager at Square 1 Bank from 2013 to 2017, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing a portfolio of venture-backed companies and a team of venture bankers. Mr. Kundich has been supporting venture-backed companies for over 25 years and his career path has included increasing levels of responsibility with leading technology banks including Silicon Valley Bank, Imperial Bank (which was acquired by Comerica Bank) and Square 1 Bank (where he was a Co-Founder).
